Return Policy

  1. Modification or refund of your order is not accepted once payment is completed. Please make sure your order is correct before payment. 
  2. If there is any problem after you receive your purchased product, please email us at adam_enquiry@adahk.org.hk within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
  3. Once confirmed by us, please bring  your purchased product along with the original receipt to our address during business hours to exchange another piece of the same product no. (Artworks excluded.)
  4. ADAM has the absolute right to change, update, and amend refund policy without prior notice. 
  5. Regarding any dispute, the decision of ADAM shall be final and binding.
